I bought this CPK as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old cousin who loves baby dolls. It was a hit! This doll was really cute, her name was cute, too! (Jeraldine Joan) These dolls were my favorite when I was young, so I had to pass on the tradition and love of a CPK!!

This Cabbage Patch Kid looks exactly like the photo. I had read the other reviews for this product and they said the same thing. How odd. I had always thought that they were supposed to be one of a kind but that was not the case. Even the dress is the same as the picture. The box and doll arrived in mint condition. She is really adorable and perfect and my three year old daughter loves her.

With the picture being only a doll, I wasn't sure how she would look in the box. But, when I got her in person, This doll was so adorable and my neice opened it up on Christmas Eve and immediately started to carry it with her, make a bed for her, wrap her up in a blanket and so forth. What a great buy, this was the PERFECT gift for an 8 year old girl whol likes dolls at Christmas!! Thank You Amazon!!

I bought this on a whim because it was a great price - under $10. I really didn't expect to want to keep her, but.....all of the sudden I remembered back to Easter of 1984 and how much my sister and I each had wished for the popular and impossible to find Cabbage Patch Doll. I can still picture that day clearly and even though I no longer have my original doll, Ruthie Anne, that was such a memorable time that it sticks with me.
So I welcomed out of the Amazon box and into my home Fairy Mamie, picked from the Cabbage Patch on May 1st. Just as cute as I remembered the dolls being, she arrived with her birth certificate, adoption papers, commemorative silver anniversary spoon and anniversary box which is noticeably different from the original.
Will I keep her for good? Maybe for a little while (in the box of course), but eventually I will find a little girl that will appreciate her just as much as I did at that age.

I bought 2 of the blondes and one brunette. At the time I purchased them they were an excellent price. Apparently I can't say the exact price because my brunette prices didn't show up on that review. Anyhow, the price has doubled on the blonde since I made my purchases (and went up a little on the brunette also). I would definitely buy more, but not unless the price drops. Only because you know what you'll be getting. I'd pay more if it were a surprise, and they actually looked different than the pictured one. With all that being said, they are still adorable. Their names are Lucia Nancie and Margy Rachael.
