The Bratz Kidz know how to have a good time. Winter vacation is all about chilling out, and this year the Bratz Kidz are heading to their exclusive snow lodge. This beautiful, two-story ice hotel has a bedroom, lounge, cozy fireplace, and slide. But there is much more than what meets the eye. The adventures really begin once you discover that the lodge turns into a real ice cream maker. The bed becomes a sprinkles holder, the fireplace dispenses syrup topping, and seats become little ice cream cups. A beautiful, 7-1/4-inch Vinessa doll dressed for the cold comes included. (Food supplies needed to make the ice cream are not provided.) Makes Real Ice Cream
After a fun-filled day of skiing, sledding, and hanging out with the Bratz Kidz, girls can whip up a batch of home-made ice cream. Adults should help with the ingredient selection and recipes. Kids will mix and shake the ingredients in the crown cover, then scoop the ice cream into the three ice cream cups. The entire process takes about 20 minutes, and the Snow Lodge includes recipes for hot chocolate, strawberry, and peanut butter cup ice cream. Three tiny spoons and a sprinkles package are also included. The fireplace on the side is a hidden topping dispenser! Just remove the lid on the top, pour your favorite ice cream topping into the chimney, and replace the lid. When you're ready to top your ice cream with some flavor, just press the fireplace button down and dispense the yummy topping. Taste Test
The Super Secret Snow Lodge is as fun as it looks. Not only does it have an adorable winter theme, it also has hidden spaces and secret nooks for storing things. Girls will be entertained for hours as they play with their Bratz Kidz dolls, then make delicious ice cream. Although the ice cream is tasty and relatively simple to make, clean-up was time consuming, and this toy is not dishwasher safe. Despite these few minor inconveniences, the Snow Lodge is truly a superior toy. Please note: it has small parts and is not recommended for infants or toddlers. This toy is easy to assemble and measures 9.-1/4-by-17-by-13.5 (LxWxH).

This toy, as fun as it looks, is a nightmare if you actually want to make ice cream. There is a lot on manual work to make the ice cream and its not even close to what you see on the commercials (I know big surprise). It even calls for rock salt, which I found almost impossible to find in the stores.Except for the playset itself, save your money and buy a powered ice cream maker.

This product is very durable and it made my niece very very happy. Of course there was a bit of expense to make the ice cream but the end result of the child's happiness was worth every penny. The delivery of the product was also above expectations!!!!!

Product was great for the $15 price, ice cream making part was not really functional, but for a snow lodge to use with the dolls awesome! I think as consumers we sometimes expect to much out of toys and hence lies the problem of our children being over stimulated.
